Together We Can Fight Food Insecurity
in Our Community

Food insecurity remains a significant issue in Massachusetts. Barnstable and Nantucket Counties are among those seeing the highest increases in reports of food insecurity (according to the 2025 Statewide Food Access Report, published by the Greater Boston Food Bank).

The Cape Cod Community Pantry plays an instrumental role in providing food for residents of Yarmouth and Barnstable county having served more than 13,500 unique individuals in Barnstable County since 2010.  The Cape Cod Community Pantry 501(c)(3) distributes between 3000 to 3800  bags of food each month to more than 500 households.

Cape Cod Community Pantry obtains 4,000 to 5,000 lbs. of food weekly through a combination of purchases and donations from a variety of sources including the Greater Boston Food Bank, local business partners, foundations, local organizations, individual donors and food drives.

We are a 100% all volunteer operation so community support is the bedrock of our impact & success.
